What is NOC?
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is an official document issued by the RTO stating that there are no dues, taxes, or liabilities pending on the vehicle. It is required when transferring a vehicle to another state, selling, or re-registering.
- Mandatory for inter-state transfer or re-registration.
- Ensures no legal, tax, or loan issues on the vehicle.
- Required for address change in a different state.

How to Get NOC: Step-by-Step
- Fill the application form (Form 28 for NOC).

- Collect NOC certificate from RTO or download (if online).
