What is NOC?
A No Objection Certificate (NOC) is an official document issued by the RTO stating that there are no dues, taxes, or liabilities pending on the vehicle. It is required when transferring a vehicle to another state, selling, or re-registering.

How to Get NOC: Step-by-Step
